Israeli Tahini Date Shake

This is a really delicious vitamin rich Israeli version of a smoothie. Creamy, naturally sweet and yummy!

2 cups almond milk or milk of choice (nut-free if necessary)

4 sliced and frozen ripe (but not overripe) bananas - **If you cannot use frozen bananas, use

fresh and just add 2 cups of ice cubes

1/2 cup tahini

10 Medjool dates, pitted and torn into pieces

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp cinnamon

In a blender, combine the milk, frozen banana slices (and ice if using), tahini, dates, vanilla and

cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more vanilla or cinnamon if desired.

Servings; yields 4 regular or 6 small servings. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
