Greetings! I'm Kathryn.

My passion for quick and simple food with minimal ingredients stems from my background in Nutrition Education, Sustainable Agriculture, and Yoga. Over the past eight years, I've educated individuals on how to lead healthier lives through dietary changes. 

My dynamic view on cooking empowers students to understand the importance of nutrition as a guide to build a better relationship with our bodies. Aside from teaching, I spend my free time gardening, hiking, and traveling.

I'm dedicated to guiding others to lead healthier, happier lives, and am very excited to be a part of the Culinary Kids Academy family.
